And hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from Mimobee. However, if you aren't completely satisfied for any reason, we make it easy to return the item and purchase a replacement item if you so choose.
- We will take a return at any time up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Items must be in new, unworn, unwashed condition and in its original packaging with tags attached.
- We don’t offer exchanges, so if you wish to purchase an alternative item, please place a new order at our online store. Please note the return item order number in the notes section of your new order, and we will waive the shipping costs for the new item.
- All sale items on warehouse clearance are final.
How to Make a Return

- Ship return items to: Mimobee, 17321 Irvine Blvd, Suite 205, Tustin, CA 92780
- We recommend using a shipping service that provides a tracking number, since we cannot help you if the shipment gets lost.
- Once we get the item, we will process right away, and it may take up to 10 days for the credit to be completely processed. The credit will be issued against the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to purchase.
Costs for Returns
Mimobee does not pay for shipping costs incurred when returning an item, but will do so when you are purchasing an item to replace the returned item (see the third bullet point above). Unfortunately we cannot refund any duties, taxes or charges that may be incurred when shipping internationally. We can only refund the cost of the order and shipping.
We know that international orders can be costly with shipping and duty, etc., so if you have an item that you want to return, we actually ask that you simply keep it and GIFT IT to a friend and ask that whoever receives the item enjoys the piece, takes a picture and either 1) post it to Instagram and tag us @mimobee or 2) send in a picture of them wearing the garment to email@example.com. We just might post it! Then we'll send you a replacement item. Please be sure to email us and/or use this FORM to notify who you gifted the item to so we can keep an eye out for the post. Once we see the post or receive the image via email, we will issue the credit to your order.
